Brad joined Tricor in 1999 as Managing Director of U.S. Operations and is based in Lake Forest. He is involved in all aspects of acquisitions, operations, and the investment, divestiture and management decisions of the firm.

Brad is the Chairman of Beresford Box Company, Inc., Consolidated Utility Services, Inc., CPI Card Group,  Keyes Packaging Group, Inc., and Fabpro Oriented Polymers, LLC, and is a director of Tharco Packaging, Inc., all current Tricor portfolio companies. Brad was a director of Tree Island Industries, Inc., a prior Tricor portfolio company, before its IPO.

Prior to joining Tricor, Brad spent 15 years with General Electric Company and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of GE’s merchant banking business where he was responsible for leading origination and structuring teams in the Chicago and New York offices. At GE Capital, Brad was responsible for significant debt and equity investments and began working with Tricor in 1997 when he arranged acquisition financing for Tree Island. From 1984 to 1990, Brad held increasingly responsible positions within GE Plastics, progressing from Marketing Representative for GE's NORYL® products division, to Marketing Specialist for the building and construction industries, to Manager of Marketing for the electrical and electronic industries, to Product Manager for LEXAN® resin. Prior to joining GE Plastics in 1984, Brad spent two years with Owens Corning Fiberglas.

Brad obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
