Investment Success:

Tricor acquired CUS, in conjunction with management, with a view to enhancing growth in core and ancillary markets.  Following Tricor's acquisition, strong cash flows and a specialized capital structure developed cooperatively by Tricor and Madison Capital facilitated the purchase of Alberta-based Red-Alta Utility Location Ltd.  This significantly expanded CUS's footprint in a high-growth region of Canada.  Strong cash flows have also allowed the company to prepay debt in excess of mandatory payments.
