Dave joined Tricor in 2010 and is based in Vancouver. He is a key member of Tricor's investment transaction team.

Prior to joining Tricor, Dave was an Investment Banking Associate at Scotia Capital Inc. in Vancouver. At Scotia Capital, Dave helped execute a number of M&A advisory mandates. He honed capital markets experience in both IPO and follow-on equity offerings involving a variety of products. Dave’s responsibilities included financial modeling, valuation analysis, business and industry due diligence, prospectus drafting and client presentations.

Dave obtained a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of British Columbia, during which time he had an internship at Phillips, Hager and North Investment Management Ltd. in Vancouver. Dave is a CFA charterholder.
