Jack joined Tricor in 2007 and is based in Lake Forest. He is a key member of Tricor’s investment transaction team.

Prior to joining Tricor, Jack was a corporate attorney with Winston & Strawn LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Chicago. In that capacity, he represented private equity investors in the acquisition and divestiture of portfolio company investments. Jack assisted Tricor during its acquisitions of Keyes Packaging Group in 2004 and Tharco Packaging, Inc. in 2005.

Jack obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He also obtained a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and completed his Masters of Business Administration degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. While completing his MBA, Jack worked as an investment banking associate in Robert W. Baird & Co.’s financial sponsors coverage group.
