Nick joined Tricor in 2002 and is based in Lake Forest. He is a key member of Tricor's investment transaction team.

Nick is a board member of Keyes Packaging Group, Inc., Comweb Group Inc., and CPI Card Group, which are current Tricor portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Tricor, Nick was an experienced manager and leader of the private equity tax consulting practice of Arthur Andersen's Chicago office where he consulted with a large number of private equity firms, as well as Fortune 500 companies, in transaction structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution. While at Arthur Andersen, Nick acted as Tricor’s U.S. tax advisor and continued to do so until he joined Tricor in 2002.

Nick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in Ohio. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the Chicago Association of Private Equity Executives.
