DIRECTOR
Rob joined Tricor in 2006 and is based in Vancouver. He is a key member of Tricor's investment transaction team.
Rob is a board member of Advance Engineered Products Ltd. and Expocrete Concrete Products Ltd., which are current Tricor portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Tricor, Rob was an Investment Banking Associate at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. in New York. In that capacity, he worked extensively on numerous M&A advisory mandates and debt and equity financings in both domestic and international markets. Before joining Citigroup Global Markets, Rob worked at Ballard Power Systems in Vancouver as a management consultant. Prior to working at Ballard, Rob was a Senior Accountant, Audit and Tax, and then Senior Consultant at KPMG LLP in Vancouver.
Rob obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, which he obtained while pursuing an internship at Hilco Equity Management, LLC, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Rob is a Chartered Accountant.
