Vlad Manchash

As a Principal at Tricor, Vlad co-leads all deal origination and transaction activities, including diligence, structuring, valuation, negotiation, financing, and execution. Vlad also contributes to Tricor’s overall business development, including evaluating new lines of business and corporate initiatives, as well as supporting existing partnerships and operating companies across a variety of assignments. Vlad is a Board Member at Eden-Valders and 37th Street Bakery. In addition to his role at Tricor Pacific Capital, Vlad Manchash has been recognized for his contributions to the business community. In 2023, he received the Rising Star Award from the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) British Columbia, acknowledging his impact on middle-market companies in Canada. Vlad is also an active member of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA), serving on its Membership Committee. 

Prior to joining Tricor, Vlad worked at Founders Group of Food Companies as a Senior Associate where he was a core member of the investment transaction team. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at PwC, where he led audit, deals, and consulting engagements for multiple clients across a variety of industries. He also worked as a Corporate Development Analyst at TIO Networks, and prior to that, as a Financial Analyst at TELUS.

Vlad graduated from Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and received his CPA while at PwC
