Lauren Senft

Leadership Team

Lauren Senft is Vice Chair of Tricor Pacific Capital and a member of the Board of Directors. In her role, she represents the values and mission of the Senft family within the business, focusing on family harmony, governance, succession, and value creation. Lauren is also actively involved in People and Culture development. She leads on projects that fall outside the team’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining Tricor, Lauren spent eight years at Lululemon, where she served as a Merchandise/Buying Manager. She was responsible for building product assortments and line plans that aligned with the brand’s design vision, driving exceptional sales, inventory, and margin results for a $300 million annual revenue business.

Lauren graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Criminology and Criminal Justice degree and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business.

A former international figure skater and 2010 Olympic Torch Bearer, Lauren continues to give back to the sport as an ISU Technical Specialist and international-level figure skating official. Lauren is involved with the Senft Family Foundation and several philanthropic endeavors, particularly the BC Cancer Foundation, where she recently served as the Chair of the Catalyst Ambassador group and a Cabinet Member for their Beyond Belief Campaign.
