Shirlan Haaksma
Shirlan is a highly experienced executive assistant with over 20 years of dedicated service at Tricor Pacific Capital. As Executive Assistant to the Chair, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at the executive level, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. Her expertise spans office and property management, corporate records administration, event planning, meeting preparation, accounting support, and overseeing special projects that drive organizational success.
Shirlan has been a trusted partner to Tricor’s leadership team for more than two decades, demonstrating a good understanding of the firm’s operations and the needs of its executives. In addition to her work with Tricor, she also supports the Senft Family Foundation, helping to advance its philanthropic initiatives.
Before joining Tricor, Shirlan worked with RBC’s Wealth Management Group in Vancouver, where she gained valuable experience in financial services and client relations. She attended Langara College, focusing on Business Administration, which provided a strong foundation for her career in executive support and corporate administration.
