Anne contributes to the governance of Tricor Pacific Capital as a member of the Tricor Advisory Board.

 

She has extensive experience advising public and private companies across a broad scope of subject matter expertise including: mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; structuring and reorganization; acquisition, project and capital financing; and commercial law.  In addition to her role at Tricor, Anne is a retired partner of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. 

 

Anne is the recipient of the 2017 YWCA Vancouver Women of Distinction Award in "Business and the Professions” and was named Best Lawyers' 2016 Vancouver Corporate Governance Practice "Lawyer of the Year".

 

Anne is now and has been active in various professional, community and charitable organizations. Anne was previously on the board of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships. For many years, Anne was a member of the Ethics Committee of The Law Society of British Columbia. She is a dame of the Order of St. John. Anne is also involved with the Minerva Foundation for BC Women, sits on the board for the Active Aging Society and is a Director and Past President of the Music on Main Society. Anne was also on the board of Simon Fraser University Foundation.
