Lauren is the Vice Chair of Tricor and serving on the Board of Directors. She is also active in People and Culture development within the organization. As a member of the leadership team, her primary focus is on ensuring a smooth transition for the family’s succession plan by assisting with the governance of the Senft family enterprise.

Prior to joining Tricor Pacific Capital, Lauren spent 8 years with lululemon in various product categories within the merchandise/buying team. Over this period, Lauren served as a Merchandise/Buying Manager responsible for the creation of the product assortment and line plans that delivered on lululemon’s design vision. Lauren managed a team driving best in class sales, inventory and margin results for a $300 million annual revenue business.

Lauren graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business.

Lauren is a former international figure skater, a 2010 Olympic Torch Bearer and now gives back to the sport volunteering her time as an international level figure skating official.
