Alan Wallace
Alan contributes to the governance of Tricor Pacific Capital as a member of the Tricor Advisory Board.
Alan worked for over 30 years in corporate finance including as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of a major Canadian investment bank. Throughout his career, he has worked with both private and public companies in a variety of industries. He brings to the Advisory Board extensive experience in capital markets, compensation oversight, ESG issues, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulatory matters, financial and accounting matters, equity and debt financing and corporate strategic planning. He currently serves on the Board and has acted as the Chair of the Compensation and HR Committee and the Audit Committee at Mercer International Inc., a global forest products company. He also serves on the Board of Swiss Water Decaffeinated Company Inc.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation.
