Chuck Cosman

Chuck is a Principal at Tricor Pacific Capital, where he focuses on sourcing, executing, and growing investments across the firm’s industrial platform. In addition to leading transaction activity, he works closely with portfolio companies to drive long-term value creation through strategic growth, operational excellence, and leadership development.

Chuck serves as Co-President and Chair of Rockmount Research & Alloys and Arctec Alloys, where he is helping build a leading North American specialty maintenance welding platform. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Big Country Equipment Repair, supporting the company’s continued growth as one of Canada’s leading heavy equipment maintenance providers. In addition, he serves on the board of Treaty United Football Club, a professional soccer club based in Limerick, Ireland.

With a strong background in sales and operations, Chuck has extensive experience in product management, inventory planning, sales and marketing, and strategic leadership. Before joining Tricor, he spent seven years at lululemon in a variety of leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he gained international experience working in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom with Orca (triathlon apparel) and Eurosport (sports media).

Chuck holds a degree in Biology from McGill University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He also serves on the board of the Senft Family Foundation, which advances the well-being of Canadians through initiatives in health, education, sport, and the arts.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. An avid mountain biker and skier, he’s currently tackling a new challenge—learning to ride a skateboard in a halfpipe.
