Leigh Hodgins

Leigh oversees and maintains the internal corporate records for Tricor Pacific Capital and assists with managing basic corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and governance matters. As well, as a Chopra certified Meditation Instructor, Leigh often leads her colleagues in meditation to help reduce stress, improve concentration and increase creativity.

Prior to joining Tricor, Leigh worked as Assistant Corporate Secretary at Watson Inc., a leading Canadian governance company, providing governance support to clients. Before that, Leigh was Assistant Corporate Secretary (Canada) at Spectra Energy Corp (now known as Enbridge Inc.), one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for corporate entities and providing support to the Board of Directors of the publicly traded companies. During the earlier stages of Leigh’s career, she worked as a Manager of Corporate Services and as a Corporate Paralegal at Blakes and Owen, Bird.

Leigh received her Bachelor of Liberal and Business Studies degree from Simon Fraser University.

Leigh is an active volunteer in her community as well as a Board Member of the Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning (FEEL®) Alumni Association.
