In 2023, OCTS established an ESG Committee to explore sustainability opportunities. The team is leveraging GPS data to reduce idle time and fuel consumption, aiming to lower fleet emissions and carbon footprint.
Recycling Rubber for Sustainable Surfaces
Dinoflex
Dinoflex recycles 100% of its post-industrial rubber waste into durable surfacing products, including mats and tiles. Their eco-friendly solutions reduce landfill waste and environmental impact, meeting third-party sustainability standards for ESG certifications.

Leadership Summit

The annual Leadership Summit unites nearly 100 leaders from Tricor and the Founders Group of Food Companies for three days of education, connection, inspiration, and social interaction. The event features insightful presentations, fireside chats, speeches, and an awards banquet, with 100% of attendees eager for the next summit in May.

To support Tricor’s growth, we moved to a larger, modernized office in Downtown Vancouver in June 2024.
